I picked up a nice Kennedy 297 tool chest.  I seems to have been once owned by an aircraft mechanic in Seattle.  The tool box looks like it can handle some heavy loads.  I put two layers of 3/4″ plywood on the top of the chest for the Granite surface plate to sit on.   It will store my collets, calipers, measuring tools and other precision measurement tools.
